This amulet is adorned with a small, intricately carved charm in the shape of a cloud. The charm seems to shimmer slightly when held up to the light.
The amulet has 3 charges. While wearing it, you can use a bonus action to expend 1 charge to cast Misty Step. The amulet regains all expended charges at dawn.
If more than one charge is used in a single day, roll a d20 after the last charge is used. On a roll of 1, the amulet becomes non-magical as its magic is depleted permanently.
