This bangle was engineered on the Plane of Mechanus. It consists of multiple sets of rings made of differently colored metals set paralleles cinched on the approximately 1 inch wide golden bangle. Each ring has a multitude of different geometric forms and symbols engraved, that you might or might not be able to decipher. The rings move slowly in different speeds and directions around the surface of the bangle and thereby make a nearly inaudible ticking sound.
Notes: This item obviously needs attunement.
