Arral Seed

This seed comes from the trees of the island in the center of the Bay of Raum. About 5cm around and egg shaped with a pink hue at the bottom that becomes yellow at the top, Arral seeds have bitter taste. Eating 1 seed suppresses the effects of 1 level of exhaustion for one hour. Multiple seeds can be eaten at once, increasing the effect but not the duration. For example if you eat 1 seed then a second seed after 30 minutes, you would suppress 2 levels of exhaustion for 30 minutes before the first seed wore off and suppress 1 level of exhaustion for 30 minutes after which the second seed would wear off.
