Ring, very rare (requires attunement by a cleric, monk, or paladin.)
A series of chains interlocked to create a hand piece, it might be mistaken for jewelry if not for it's chipped and scuffed quality of metal. The chains themselves don't read as greatly magical, but in reality they give the attuned user access to a unique spell. While wearing the chains this spell can be cast once a day without a spell slot, and to cast the spell at all (even with a spellslot) the user must be wearing the Agonizing Chains. The chains cannot be taken off of the user by anyone but the user.
The chains also function as a +2 focus for spells and a +2 weapon for the sake of the spell woven into the chains.
