Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a An Amulet of blue and red swirling pattern with 2 onyx engraved hands crossing each other on the front)
This amulet was given to an armless disciple of the Mage of the Missing realm.
The amulet requires the user to missing at least one arm, the magic within acts apon the desperation to have arms.
It can be used to cast up to 2 (1 for each arm missing) mage hand at will, however the hands cannot move more than 5 ft away from the user and will last until dismissed or the magic is negated.
The conjured hands can also wield weapons and other magical items, matching the constitution of the users strength and abilities.
