Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Wonderous Item, Requires Attunement)
Artisan's Anvil is made of adamantine. Once attuned it confers a half proficiency bonus to the crafter using it for Smithing and Tinkering checks. If used with Smith's Sledge it brings the material to the optimal temperature for working, removing impurities and making each hammer strike perfect, giving a double proficiency bonus for the same. This is in addition to any other proficiency bonuses. It also reduces the working time by 1/4 in addition to any other adjustments.
