Arasne's Potion of Anomalous Appendage

Tendrils of shadow roil around inside a vibrant pink solution. When you use your action to drink this potion, a shadowy appendage grows from your chest. You can use a bonus action on your turn to make an attack with it. The appendage gets a +4 to hit, has a reach of 10 feet, and deals 2d6 cold damage. The appendage disappears after 1 hour.
