Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Warlock Pact of the Fathomless)
Made from Thalia's breath, the amulet looks like a blue crystal conch shell with a sea wave finish. It is attached to a silver chain.
The item has a maximum of 4 charges and regains 1d4 charges at each dawn. If you spend all the charges of the item, roll 1d20. If the result is 1, the item is destroyed and turns into a normal pendant.
When you blow the conch shell, you may use the sound to cast Healing Word at 1st level. You may expend 1 more charge to upcast the spell up to level 3.
