Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement by a One hour)

Standing at 2’ 4” tall, this adamantine bow is a masterpiece of craftsmanship capable of tearing apart those it hits.

Superb Craftsmanship.

The Adamantine Bow is a magical weapon with a +3 to attack and damage rolls, and it deals 2d8 piercing damage on a hit instead of 1d8. Additionally, you may cause the bow to collapse into a 1 ft long rod as a bonus action, during which the bow cannot be used, and can revert to its original form as another bonus action.

Powerful Recurve.

The weapon's normal range is 250 feet and its long range is 1000 feet instead of the ranges normal for a longbow. In addition, when you miss an attack roll with the Adamantine Bow, you may reroll the attack roll. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier, and you regain all expended uses after a long rest.

Close-Range Combat.

The Adamantine Bow can be used as a Simple melee weapon with the Two-Handed and Finesse properties. On a hit, it deals 1d8 Bludgeoning damage. This applies even while the Adamantine Bow is in its compact form, and melee attacks made with this bow still count as magical for the sake of overcoming resistances and immunities.

Destroying the Adamantine Bow.

The Adamantine Bow can only be destroyed through the Wish spell or divine intervention.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
