Produced by a special needle, this tattoo can only be crafted by a Tattooist (DI Artificer Subclass).
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.
If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Ability Enhancement. This tattoo sets one ability score of your choice to 18. You must choose which score is set at the time the tattoo is applied. The score set by this tattoo can not be increased by other means and if your score is higher than the score this tattoo provides, then the ability is unaffected.
