Your Constitution score is 17 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 17 or higher without it.
Additionally, you gain a pool of 25 hit points. As a bonus action on your turn or as a reaction whenever a creature within 5 feet of you takes damage or falls unconscious, you can touch the creature and expend any number of hit points from this pool to heal the touched creature. The pool of hit points regenerate every morning at dawn.
