Soothing Ocarina

A small flute made of aqua glazed clay. It is stringed so you can wear it around your neck.

The ocarina has three charges. You can expend a charge as an action to create one of the following effects:

• Calm Emotions: you can cast Calm Emotions without expending a spell slot. As an additional effect, anybody effected by this spell is cured of a short-term or long-term (not an indefinite) madness, and reduce their madness level by one.

The ocarina regains any expended charges at dawn.
