Amulet of Tracing

While wearing this amulet, whenever you are within 5 feett of a creature that casts a spell that teleports them to anothyer location, you can use your reaction to latch onto the creature whilst it moves, appearing within 5 feet of the creature at it's new destination. This item can only be used twice per day, and cannot be used again until you have finished a long rest
