Ark:Mask

The Artificers of Avaris created the Arcsis system to assist Arcanists in and out of combat. The Ark:Mask is a thin, transparent mask that can completely change one’s appearance. You must be attuned to an Arkstar to use this Arc:Gear. Arc:Gear devices can only recover expended charges using a power relay station during a short or long rest. 

You can expend a change of this mask and cast the Alter Self. When the spell is cast this way, the duration of the spell is up to 2 hours, and the mask concentrates on the spell, so you do not too.
