Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement by a creature of lawful alignment)

This sword, once used by an angel killed in battle, is made of solid gold-white light, and the shards of its shattered blade float above the hilt. The sword relies on the wielder’s desire for order in order to stay together, and falls apart in the hands of any who lack it.

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Whenever you make an attack with the sword, you can choose to expend 30 feet of movement to charge the strike with radiant energy. The attack deals an additional 2d10 radiant damage on a hit, and the target must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of its next turn.

You can cast synaptic static once from the sword (spell save DC 17). Once you do so, you can’t cast it this way again until the next dawn.

Behavior. The sword once had a name, a will of its own, and a personality. Instead, its shining shards each contain a fractured fragment of its former self, resulting in a low telepathic scream ever-present in its wielder’s mind. You have disadvantage on Wisdom checks and saving throws made while holding the sword.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
