Amplifying Tome

This is an unassuming leather-bound book with blank, aged parchment pages. When the attuned spellcaster casts a spell of 1st-level or higher, they can choose to leverage the teachings of the Amplifying Tome to augment the spell’s power. When doing so, they can add a bonus to one damage roll of the spell equal to the level of the spell slot used to cast the spell. This ability can be used a number of times equal to the spellcaster’s Intelligence modifier (minimum of once) and is restored after a long rest.
