Amulet of Velocity

While wearing this golden amulet carved in the shape of a pair of winged boots, you feel unnaturally speedy and quick on your toes. While attuned to this amulet, your walking speed increases by 20 and you gain a +2 to your Dexterity score, to a maximum of 22. Additionally, you suffer no ill effects of going at high velocity, such as damage to your skin or vital organs.

The amulet allows you to take the following action. You may use an action to expend a charge, which doubles your current speed for a minute. After this effect ends, you can't use this property until you take a long rest.
