1-2 they deal double the original damage
3-4 they (only on unarmed strike or with metal weapon) stun the target as their weapon buzzes with electricity and do any absorbed lightning damage as blue sparks and beams of plasma and electricity spring from their glove onto either the target or the weapon if using one
5-6 they gain a Barbarian's rage until the end of their next turn (0.5 damage from physical attacks and advantage on melee attacks)
