Assassin's Pouch of Endless Vanishes

This small pouch has an endless amount of vanishing dust in it, but can only be used 3 times per long rest. What this dust allows an assassin to do is to vanish, EVEN in Line of Sight of friend or foe. You still must make a Stealth Check to use it. It also gives a bonus to Stealth proficiency from the magical properties at hand.

Notes: Proficiency: Stealth, Must be an Assassin Rogue
