Xanax is a dark blue chromatic trumpet covered in golden lightning symbols all over the outside, the inside of the bell is covered in many runes of a long lost Dwarven language, it has 3 keys to press

 if the first key is played then it casts thunderwave

if the second key is played then it casts call lightning

if the third is played it casts chain lightning

if all three are played, it casts lightning bolt

if none are played then it casts no spell and instead gives all allies within 20 ft bardic inspiration
