When using Anna's Hatchet the user may throw this weapon and deal a extra 2d8 slashing damage on the creature or object. They also may use a bonus action to have the hatchet reappear in their hands, wherever the hatchet was before either in the hands of an enemy or locked up the hatchet will come back to the users hand. You also have a +2 to hit and to damage.
Proficiency with a Handaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
