The amulet gives the user a +4 to their Charisma score, to a maximum of 25, and advantage on all Charisma based checks or Saving Throws.
The amulet also gives Expertise in Charisma saving throws.
The amulet also makes it impossible for someone to read your true intentions with an insight check.
