From my brand-new fashion line Second Nature©™; I bring you a silken cold shoulder tunic dress.

This dress & pant combo is all a deep Aniline black. At the top, we have a platinum necklace with a Star Rose Quartz. The dress is an asymmetrical high-low, with cold shoulders cut to look like a complex snowflake pattern or mandala(your choice). It is held at the waist by a belt of ice that can be used as a normal belt, formed into an underbust corset, or completely removed. For the pants, we have palazzo pants, with a contrast lace in the pattern of leafless tree branches reaching up the legs. 

At will the user can create snowflake formations along the outside of the dress and pants for a series of effects. The formations can evolve in a pattern according to the wearer’s needs & desires. They can be made in any color, although they will be pale through the lens of ice. They can be shaped into all forms of images & patterns, & even take up the entire outfit shifting the color entirely. Last but not least, the dress can form snowballs of varying density or just push forth a small shower of light, harmless, temporary snow for the enjoyment of the wearer. 

Of course, we will include the customary coat, with a faux-fur-lined hood. We both know you'll hand it over to the coat check, though.  For my companion here, I have included a corsage of small Asiatic lilies. 

The whole outfit is woven with magical Darkweave fibers, granting a +1 to stealth while wearing this outfit.
