Tree Grenade

A strange item, to prime it, you press the top of the tree-shaped grenade, throw it at a target, who the grenade homes in on, and the grenade burrows in the ground,  and if the target does not get out of the way, A GIANT TREE GOES THROUGH THEIR GUT, HOLLOWING tHEIR CHEST OUT. If that isn't an insta-kill, I don't know what is. It has infinite uses, and every time you throw one, another appears in your hand. Each throw is an action. The time for the tree of DEATH to grow is 1 turn. 20 ft range.
