A thick cloth band, with small steel mushroom cap-plates interwoven along its center. A common tool used in Avalon, from self defense, to travel, fueled by ones spirit. Seen as both fashionable and a form of self expression, people are often seen wearing them in various ways, as well as decorating the cap-plates themselves, by either coloring them, or adding symbols of their home villages and towns.
The cap-plates are triggered by striking them in some fashion. Then, by amplifying vibrations from the strike, between the plates, and then applying one's own spirit into the mix through miconetic technology, the weilder may generate of force of air and energy that can launch a target or one's self off with a burst of energy.
(This amazing technology was created by combining miconetic technology with old repulser technology from thousands of years ago.)
THE MECHANICS
After a successful unarmed strike, as part of the same attack action, the weilder may spend charges of this magic item to cast the following spells. (Any spell that can be upcasted, may do so by spending additional charges per level of up cast):
1 charge - catapult, jump (target self), thunder wave
If you have the Ki point monk feature, you may also cast these spells by spending Ki points equal to twice the cost of the charges that would be spent to cast it.
This weapon gains charges equal to your constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus, and can recover these charges on a short or long rest.
While wielding this weapon, it does not take a hand to weild, freeing up your hands for other actions.
Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: The band is wrapped tightly around a location on or near the body (a weapon, or piece of equipment) and the miconetic interface connects with the user., Light, Slow
