A shabby looking cloak, usually in dark colors that like hides all of a medium creature's body, feet, and head with a black veil (Even when opened) with for as long as the hood is up. The wieldier can use a bonus action to pull the hood up enabling the veil or down disabling it. A creature that has Truesight, Blindsight or is able to see in magical darkness can see as if there is no veil.

Another creature may succeed a DC 16 Acrobatics check to pull the hood up or down.
