If you take a puff of the Breathstick as your action, on your next turn, as your Bonus Action, you must use the Dragon's Breath weapon associated with the type of Breathstick you use.

They take 2d6 of the associated damage type, or half on a successful save of 8 plus your Constitution modifier, plus your proficiency bonus.

However, every time that you use a Breathstick, you must make a Constitution saving throw of 8 + the number of times you have used a Breathstick in the last 7 days. If you fail a saving throw, you become addicted to the Breathsticks. You must use one at least twice a day, every day. If you do not use it twice in a day, the following day you have disadvantage on all Charisma saving throws, and all Charisma-based skill-checks. After 7 days, you may make a DC 16 Con. saving throw to attempt to become un-addicted. If you succeed, you no longer need to use a Breathstick twice a day. After you become addicted, the base Con. DC becomes increased by 2 every time you get addicted.

After you use a Breathstick, the DC will increase by one to become not addicted. This will reset after 7 days.
