This pair of serrated scimitars hum with the scent of the Abyss. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls with these magic weapons, and they count as one weapon for the purpose of attunement and similar features that are detrimental to your character, such as a blood hunter's self inflicted damage.
Surge of the Lower Planes. You know the Thaumaturgy cantrip if you don’t know it already. Additionally, whenever you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, a creature is reduced to 0 hit points within 5 feet of you or you score a critical hit on an attack, the cleavers surge in abyssal power, and you regain hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.
Finally, you can perform a ritual over the course of 1 hour to absorb the properties of another magical scimitar or shortsword upon the cleavers. The other scimitar or shortsword loses their property, and the Abyssal Cleavers gain all the properties of it, but keep the Surge of the Lower Planes property.
Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light, Nick
