All-out Band

This abstract metal ring is presented like a collage of coiled metals scattered and bent with no form or pattern. Putting on this ring for the first time causes a sharp pain in the finger, as a small spike imbeds itself into your flesh.

While attuned to this ring you gain Advantage to all attacks. Except, you gain Disadvantage to all saving throws.

This item is cursed to naturally stay on your finger for as long as you remain attached to it. Attempting to remove the ring by force causes the ring to sap the highest available spellslot within 30ft of the wearer. If no spell caster is within 30ft, then the wearer takes 30 points of damage instead.
