Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)
This arcane eye of obsidian shimmers with a faint sapphire glow. Upon being attuned to, the eye melds with the bearer's body and cannot be removed, except by the wish spell. In the event of the bearer's death, this item is destroyed.
While attuned to this item, you gain the following effects:
- + 5 to Perception checks.
- Advantage on Perception checks.
- You may cast the spell arcane eye at will.
- You may see through the eye as though it were one of your own.
Cursed
Rolling a Natural 20 on any perception check causes you to bear witness to something you were never meant to see, what you saw is up to the Dungeon Master. Roll a D6 on the following table to determine the effect.
