This amulet, adorned with a sea-green gem encased in jagged silver, emanates an aura of stormy power.
It grants resistance to cold, lightning, and thunder damage.
Heretic's Curse: If attuned by a non-worshipper of Talos, the wearer gains the resistances provided by the amulet. However, upon taking damage from a resisted damage type (cold, lightning, or thunder), the wearer must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, they become immediately vulnerable to cold, lightning, and thunder damage as long as they remain attuned to the amulet or until they finish a long rest. On a success, the resistances act as normal and the wearer is immune to the curse as long as they remain attuned to the amulet or until they finish a long rest.
Stormlord's Command (Talos Worshippers Only): Once per day, as an action, you can summon a storm with a 20-foot radius centered on yourself, lasting 10 minutes. Enemy creatures within this radius have disadvantage on Perception checks, and ranged weapon attacks against creatures in the radius have disadvantage. Once during the storm, you can use a bonus action to call down a lightning bolt, dealing 3d10 lightning damage to a creature you choose within the radius (Dexterity saving throw DC 15 for half damage).
Tempest's Wrath (Talos Worshippers Only): You can cast "Thunderwave" (save DC 15) at the 3rd-level once per long rest without expending a spell slot. Additionally, when a creature hits you with a melee attack, roll 1d10 on a 10 the attacker suffers 2d8 thunder damage due to a retaliatory burst of thunder energy.
The Amulet of the Reef-Reaver is not only a symbol of the wearer's allegiance to Talos but also a powerful item that binds its wearer to the fury and might of the storm.
