Amulet of Savras

This amulet is made of pure silver and set with an emerald. The wearer of this amulet gets  keen insight into the near future.  It grants the wearer special powers that allow them to see the next few moments and makes the wearer much harder to surprise.  The amulet has charges that replenish 1d4 every day to a max of 5 charges.

You may expend 1 charge on to preroll any die and decide if you wish to continue that action.  

You may expend 2 charges to cast Borrowed Knowledge or Fortunes Favor.

You may expend all 5 charges to cast arcane eye.
