Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement)

"These boots have seen everything."

These ordinary, well-worn leather boots have experienced more adventures than any adventurer of flesh and blood. From walking across even the deadliest terrain and kicking the biggest and baddest monsters, from accidentially finding the most valuable hidden treasure and stepping onto the meanest traps, these boots truly have seen everything. One can safely assume that these boots, always faithfully protecting their wearer's feet, have saved the world more often and saved more lives than any living creature out there.

And all these experiences -  all these adventures, all the terrains they walked over and all the magic that was affecting the heroes who wore them -  have left their marks on those boots, infusing them with wondrous powers. What would the cobbler who crafted them say if they knew that their pair of mundane boots has seen everything, allowing it to  become what many consider the one and only pair of truly perfect footwear?

While you wear these boots, you gain the following benefits:

All-Walking.  With these boots shielding your feet from danger, you can walk safely across any kind of terrain, even across liquid surfaces. You ignore difficult terrain, cannot be restrained  or knocked prone and nothing, not even encumbrance, can reduce your movement speed. In addition, you do not take damage from walking on hazardous terrain such as lava or a spike growth spell.

All-Seeing. You have advantage on Initiative rolls, Wisdom (Perception) checks related to what you are feeling with your feet as well as on Wisdom (Survival) checks, drawing from all the experiences the boots have seen. In addition, you have tremorsense out to 60 feet as long as you are standing on a surface.

All-Stomping. Many unfortunate creatures found themselves at the receiving end of a kick with these boots, and many weaklings have been culled and stomped by them. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls for unarmed strikes with these boots. When you make an unarmed strike with the boots, you deal an additional 2d6 bludgeoning damage and if the attack leaves the target with hit points equal to or less than your level, you can cause it to die instantly.

Magic of the True Soles. Drawing from the magic of interplanar travel the boots were exposed to, you can use a bonus action on your turn to cast one of the following spells: dimension door, haste, misty step, plane shift and teleport. Once a spell has been cast using the boots, that spell can't be cast from the boots again until the next dawn.
