While you wear and are attuned to this amulet of a golden Garlic, you are able to detect and know how many vampires are within one mile of the wearer.
Vampires also have disadvantage on any attacks made at the wearer.
There are 3 charges that allow the wearer to use legendary action(s) that the vampire has, and must follow the vampires legendary action rules. The number of charges must equal the cost that the vampire would use for the action(s) (one charge equals one action). These replenish at the next dawn.
