Antimagic

This magical longsword was forged centuries ago by spiteful mages who disgraced their order. Antimagic was made to cut at the strings of the Weave, and shatter the effects of magic on the world.

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. It has the following additional properties.

Dispelling Touch. When Antimagic makes contact via attack or touch with a creature or object that is under a magical effect, the wielder can cast the dispel magic spell from it with a spellcasting modifier of +7.

Sentience. Antimagic is a sentient chaotic neutral weapon with an Intelligence of 15, a Wisdom of 10, and a Charisma of 16. It has hearing and darkvision out to a range of 60 feet.

The weapon can read and understand Common, and can communicate with its wielder telepathically. While you are attuned to it, Antimagic also understands every language you know.

Personality. Antimagic has an insatiable hatred for magic, but makes alliances with mages who use it against other spellcasters. It does its best to help its wielder as long as their goals are in line with each other. Oftentimes Antimagic suggests what to say to its wielder, and holds very long grudges.

Antimagic judges its wielder very harshly, and will act out against them if it sees the as unworthy of its companionship. Users of Antimagic have noted it distracting them during combat, forcing them to miss their attacks, and disobeying their commands until its wishes are satisfied.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
