Arm Bands of Evil

A pair of thin armbands made of unpolished metal. These armbands have evil written all over them, in a metaphorical sense, but also a literal one, as engravings display the word evil in almost every language and dialect across them. Wearing these armbands cuts off blood flow to your hands, causing you to instinctively rub them together in a sinister manner. Additionally, the tightness in your muscles caused by these bands pulls your fingers into an unmistakable "spider like" position, perfect for  monologues and evil laughter.

While wearing these armbands, you gain a +5 to all Charisma (Intimidation) checks, but a -5 penalty to Charisma (Deception) checks. Both of these only apply against creatures that can see you.
