Marked Cards. While attuned you have proficiency with playing cards and +1 to checks with playing cards while using this deck.
Pick a Card. As part of the attack action you can throw a card from the deck in place of one of your attacks. That card uses dart stats and magically reappears in the deck after making the attack.
Heart of the Cards. A number of times per long equal to your proficiency bonus, you can spend your reaction to draw a card after you make an ability check or saving throw. When you do so roll a d10, if the number you roll is odd you can add your proficiency bonus to the roll, even if is has already been added. If you roll an even number you subtract your proficiency bonus from the roll, even if it has already been added.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
