Ring, rare
A set of matching rings, one emblazoned with a garnet, and one with an emerald. These rings magically fit any wearer and can become a collar for familiars.
The wearer of either ring obtains access to the "Gaze of Two Minds" eldritch invocation, this ability can only be used on the person or creature wearing the other ring.
Additionally, at 7th level, you can cast the 3rd level spell phantom steed once, this resets upon completing a long rest, you can cast this using any viable spell slots at your disposal.
This item does not require attunement.
