Alostian Bounding Cloak

This cloak allows both mage or soldier to navigate above battlefields and city streets at a quick pace. With proper technique a user can seem to leap off of thin air, causing for very evasive maneuverability.

The cloak has 8 charges which reset on their next critical success or long rest. While wearing this cloak you gain the following benefits: 

While you are in the air, you can use 10ft of movement to create 5ft of solid terrain under your feet. This terrain disappears at the end of your turn. (Can also equate to a 10ft fly speed)

As an action, you can spend one charges to cast ether [spell/]jump[spell] or [spell/]freedom of movement[spell] on yourself. additionally you can spend three charges to cast [spell/]levitate[spell] on yourself 

As a reaction, you can spend one charge to cast [spell/]featherfall[spell] on yourself.

Spells cast using charges to not require concentration.
