Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Cleric, Paladin, Druid)
An amulet that looks to be made of glass with a fog drifting inside of it, around the rim of the amulet there are etchings of a cat that seems to be running if you turn the coin while viewing it.
This amulet allows the player to use the Misty Step spell 3 times per short rest.
Any player the views the amulet as a bonus action on their turn, may roll 1d4 + the wearers WIS modifier, once per short rest.
When a player is attuned to this item it can not be unwilling removed from them. They must decide to relinquish it of their own volition.
