This leather armour is rather unassuming at first,until, that is, you look at the back of it. Along the spine of this armour is a section of dragonbone spine once belonging to the mighty Anathor the black. The cultists have bound his soul to this armour and thus his power is woven into the armour.
This starts off as a +1 studded leather armour of acid protection but will become more powerful as the users affinity with the soul increases.
Once per day as an action the user may call upon anathors desire to soar among the skies once more thus creating a pair of black dragon wings giving the user a flight speed of 120 for one hour.
The user also has advantage on death saving throws as Anathor the black was famously known for surviving battles where it seems he would have perished.
As with all 5 dragonsoul items the attuned user gains memories of the souls within, conferring the ability to understand and speak Draconic.
Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
