This longsword has a curved, blue toned blade with a hilt in the shape of a coiled reptilian tail. Legend speaks that within this sword is the soul of an adult blue dragon from the Southern Anauroch Deserts, which is said to burst forth from the blade in an electrical storm and immobilize its victims. You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword's command word, causing lightning to charge from the blade. While the sword is charged, it deals an extra 2d10 lightning damage to any target it hits. The lightning last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword. If you score a critical hit with this sword while it is charged, you have a %50 chance to petrify the target for 1d6 rounds.
