Blank Spellbook

A Blank Spellbook is like a Reusable Spell Battery able to store upto 10 level one spells, or 5 level two spells, or 3 level three spells and 1 level one spell, and so on, and so on till it goes to a 1 level nine spell and 1 level one spell. As long as the total of spells/charges doesn't total higher then ten it'll work, normally they're found without any spell inside them. And it costs a spell slot, minor downtime and magical ink to scribe the spell inside the book. But once you do you can spend a charge equal to the spell's level to cast the spell once a day. but you can only the spell once a day even if you have more charges to work with. All 10 charges reset at dawn.
