Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a creature with at least 10 intelligence.)

This pocketwatch was created by a wizard obsessed with time. Zevin needed not only to measure and catalog time, but to control it as well. The face of the Mystic Timepiece has no crystal or cover, and the mechanisms inside the watch are clearly visible. The gears appear clean when the Timepiece is fully charged, and progressively get dirtier as its charges are expended. When all charges are expended the mechanisms stop moving. As long as the Timepiece has at least 1 charge, it can be used to tell time.

Zevins Mystic Timepiece has 5 charges and regains 1d4 charges daily at dawn. These charges can be used to cast the following spells with intelligence as their spellcasting ability.

  • Gift of Alacrity (2 charges)
  • Slow (4 charges, DC 17)
  • Time Stop (5 charges, 2 turn duration only)
