Artificer's Mail, +1 is Scale Mail, +1 made of an adamantine/mithral alloy created by the most advanced artificers of Faerûn.
The armor has several benefits other than those provided by the metal. While it is lightweight and offers immunity to critical hits, this suit also grants its wearer 10 feet of bonus movement speed per round. It also affords a +2 bonus on initiative rolls.
Artificer's Mail, +1 gives its wearer Advantage on DEX ability checks and saving throws. The armor further offers resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical weapons as well as resistance to damage from traps.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
