While wearing this silver chained medallion, the user activates the medallion using a command word twice per day. Once activated, the user cuts their next movement phase by half in order to gain an extra 1d8 to their next healing spell. The user may still choose to move their full movement, but will gain 1 exhaustion point for 1 hour if they exceed their half speed.
