The Artificers of Avaris designed the Arcsis system to aid Arcanists in and out of battles. One of the components of this system is the Arkstar. The Arkstar is capable of long-distance communication, directional and spatial awareness, and acts as a hub device for other Arc:Gear devices. Arc:Gear devices can only recover expended charges using a power relay station during a short or long rest.
Arkstar Personal Channel. You can communicate with another creature via Arkstar directly if you have their Starnet ID and are allowed access to a personal channel. There are three private channels: Audio Display - Audio Display, the Arkstar displays a static or live screen of the creature speaking. Audio - Audio, only the speaking voices are transmitted. Script Messages are written texts sent to the Arkstar or applicable Arc:Gear.
Arkstar Network. You can access Starnet, an informational database.
Arc:Gear Hub. You can access and control up to three pieces of Arc:Gear at a time without being attuned to them.
Biometric Reading. The Arkstar can detect current health readings and any abnormalities affecting the creature.
