Amulet of False Hope

This item is a golden amulet and inside it shows you the person you care about most. The amulet has 5 charges that recharge at dawn:

1 charge: Whenever you cast a spell that heals or deals damage you may choose to change it to the other type(damage to healing or healing to damage)

2 charges: You may cast the Beacon of hope spell with out expending a spell slot and without needing to concentrate on it

3 charges: You may cast the heal spell
