Ingredients: Draconis-Fundamentum, Scales and a spirit

The Drinker acquires one use of the breath weapon of a Dragon used for the Potion and resistance to this kind of damage or immunity to other effects (secondary breath weapons of metallic dragons) for a time.

As the breath weapon is very powerful, the Drinker runs the Risk of hurting him/herself. He/she must make a Constitution Check to dampen the damage against the DC of the attack. On a success, he/she takes no damage dealt, on a fail half (with advantage when he/she knows what is going to happen).

Also, from the moment of drinking, he/she has small window of time before he/she must breath out and activate the weapon. He/she must concentrate on holding in the breath. If this fails or the time has run up the breath weapon will burst out in a random direction.
