Amulet of Shared Strength

These heart-shaped amulets have a sleek gemstone on one side of them, which can form into a complete heart-shape gem. Two such amulets are magically linked together at once. 

As an action, a creature wearing the amulet can transfer any number of hit points to a creature wearing a matching amulet. This amount of hit points cannot exceed the second creature's hit point maximum, but any excess hit points that would be gained instead turns into temporary hit points. Once a creature transfers hit points in this way, it cannot do so again until it finishes a long rest.
